To display information about a speciﬁc workgroup, at the LCM

prompt:

1. Type

workgroup NAME

To create or modify a workgroup, at the LCM prompt:

1. Type workgroup NAME PORT-RANGE INFO

To delete a workgroup, at the LCM prompt:

1. Type workgroup NAME delete

To create or modify the port list for a speciﬁc workgroup, at the

LCM prompt:

1. Type

workgroup NAME PORT-RANGE

To display the network classiﬁcation of a speciﬁc workgroup, at

the LCM prompt:

1. Type

workgroup NAME INFO

3.12 ASSIGNING A COMMUNITY NAME

A community name is similar to a password. You use the same

steps to assign a new community name or to change an existing

community name. You can then enter a community name to

perform any

SNMP sets. The default password is public the ﬁrst time

you access the device.

To assign a community name, at the LCM prompt:

1. Type community

2. Enter the old community name.

3. If one has not been assigned, public is the default name.

4. Enter the new community name.
