[ne2000] section of the LAN Manager PROTOCOL.INI file:

Entries in the [ne2000] section of the LAN Manager PROTOCOL.INI
file have the following meanings:
drivername
Identifies the driver name of the network device driver. The
drivername consists of the base portion of the filename, plus a digit
when more than one adapter is installed. The drivername is ms2000$
for the first adapter, ms20002$ for the second, and so on.
interrupt
Indicates the interrupt level of the network adapter.
iobase
Indicates the base I/O address for the network adapter. If this entry
does not match the adapter’s I/O address jumper settings, the driver
reports an error. Values range from 200H to 3E0H in increments of
10H. If multiple adapters are installed, the difference between values
must be at least 20H.
